ParkSonic offers many resources/support options for our clients. Please find some useful information below.

How do I open a support ticket?

In order to open a support ticket please click here or scroll down on this page.Once you create an account you will be able to submit a Service Order Ticket (SOT). If you have any trouble please send us an email at [email protected] or call us directly at 346-701-3202.

What do you need to give us a quote?

In order to give you an accurate quote, we need the project details. That includes, the parking garage drawings with the number of parking spaces in each floor. We will also need any additional information you can provide such as outdoor dynamic displays, static displays, etc. For more informaiton, please email us at [email protected].

Do you offer maintenance on your system?

We have a standard maintenance contract we use with all our clients. Our maintenace contract has 3 service tiers to accomodate your needs.
